RETURNS & EXCHANGES
We hope you love your piece as much as we loved creating it. But if something doesn’t work out, we accept returns and exchanges under the following conditions:
If your item is unworn, unwashed, unsoiled and all original tags (including our tamper-proof tag) remain attached, you may return it within 7 days of delivery.
Exchange ONLY for seasonal or limited edition items. (Within 7 days of delivery)
If your item meets this criteria please email info@paigeleneigh.com with your request. After your request has been approved enter your information in the form below.
REFUND INFORMATION:
Once your return is received and inspected, you’ll receive an email confirming approval. Returns are processed within 4-5 business days.
Items will be refunded to your original payment method.
Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
We do not reimburse return shipping costs.
We do not cover any import or custom fees. By purchasing from Paigeleneigh.com you are responsible for any additional billing charges.
Our Policy, Plain & Simple:
Items must be unworn, unused, with original tags and no damage.
Any tamper proof tag , brand tag or size tag must be intact for any return or exchange to be accepted.
All returns/exchanges must be shipped within 7 days of receiving your order.
We are not liable for return packages lost in transit. Please use tracked shipping.
